『挑』
嚴選台灣埔里的山茶籽，經由人力手工篩選
精心挑選，去蕪存菁，留下好的山茶籽

『照』
剛採集的新鮮山茶籽菁菓用清水洗淨過
因水份含量高，需在陽光下日曬約一週左右，透過陽光日曬
讓溫度可平均散熱至每顆的茶花籽中，達到最佳的初步烘乾

『乾』
山茶籽外殼日曬到裂開的程度，送入烘乾機低溫乾燥
茶花籽水份含量達到標準化均一程度，使菁菓的保藏品質更穩定

『炒』

低溫60-80度烘炒
減少山茶籽營養成分流失
保有山茶籽的天然清香

『濾』
初榨靜置沉澱後，再經15道的纖維網布過濾
